We are Cristina and Tony, the owners of the Maset de la Costa since 2009, the year we sold our flat in Barcelona and embarked on this adventure.

 

The first time I saw the Maset from the road, I thought "Oh ... it’s so big!", and "It's so abandoned!". Once inside while walking through the farmhouse, I noticed the shaft of light shining through the skylight illuminating the staircase and it seemed to enlighten me as well. With a big smile on my face and goosebumps on my arms I felt in my heart: "This is it!". Right away I knew this would be our home.

 

This project has made our dream of living in the countryside in a historic farmhouse with a big courtyard and beautiful views come true.
